Feel the rhythm and unleash your inner rage! This class combines 15 minutes of boxing to music, followed by 30 minutes of targeted full body conditioning through kettlebell training into 10 minutes of a core blast! Finishing off with a cool down and stretches. 

Perfect for boosting fitness, confidence and building power whilst having fun!
