Retro Riders

Retro Riders is specifically designed toward an older demographic and to those who are new to Spin. There will be no standing, jumping or fast paced pedalling you would expect to see in our other spin classes. The instructor will take the time to guide you through a class that will give you the same benefits but at a more manageable pace. This class will be an hour long, to give participants time to build up a relationship and become part of a social community.
