A fun, full body workout to music in the pool, with our experienced instructor Aly C.

Please note this class is ran independently from our membership plan and is not included under GOLD memberships.

We have a very limited number of changing spaces available and reserve them for those who NEED them most.  Please can ALL pool users arrive "beach ready" in their swim wear.  After swimming we ask swimmers to either change on poolside or leave the premises still in their swim wear (we recommend a good quality robie towel to keep swimmers dry and warm as they exit the premises)  Showers are available for a quick rinse off, we ask all users to have a "thorough shower" when they return home :-)
