This program is designed to offer secondary school age children a chance at getting into extracurricular fitness activities/sessions. Be prepared for a variety of fitness activities such as Indoor cycling, HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training), age related weight training and some more adventurous activities such as boxing pad-work; for a rare treat. 

The sessions can be similar to P.E, but for those who want a harder challenge, the instructor can push you there! Participants will get out what they put into these sessions!
