Cancellation Policy for Fitness Classes and Swim Sessions
At Camelford Leisure Centre, we require a minimum of 3 hours' notice to cancel fitness classes or swim sessions. Failure to cancel within this time will result in the forfeiture of a credit or refund.
 
For members, a warning strike will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Accumulating two strikes within a calendar week will result in a temporary hold on booking privileges for one week.
