Aquafit
Aquafit is a water-based group exercise class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and overall mobility, all while minimising impact on the joints. Conducted in the swimming pool and led by a qualified instructor, the class incorporates a range of aerobic movements and resistance exercises.

Participants follow a structured routine set to music, typically featuring popular tracks from the 80s, 90s and beyond, creating a motivating and enjoyable atmosphere. The natural resistance of the water enhances the effectiveness of each movement while providing support and reducing the risk of injury.

Aquafit is suitable for all fitness levels and does not require swimming ability. It offers a safe and inclusive environment for individuals looking to maintain or improve their physical health through low-impact, water-based exercise.
