Our parent to child ratio is 2 children (age 11 and under) to 1 adult.  The ratio can increase when a lifeguard is on poolside.  If your ratio should exceed this please speak to a member of staff to ask about ratios before booking.  Children under 8 years must be accompanied in the pool by a parent or guardian, children under the age of 12 years must have an adult on site while the child is swimming.
